It can also be machine glued and printed, which basically meets the requirements of various packaging companies' bonding materials.
 
 Features:
 
 1. The brushability is good. If you encounter thin products when painting by hand, you can also add water to dilute it, and stir evenly. The amount of water added depends on the sealant model and the thickness of the material to be glued, and should be controlled between 2% and 10%.
 
 2. The initial bonding speed is fast, and it can be bonded at a high speed on an automatic sealing machine, and it can be pressed for half an hour when bonding by hand.
 
 3. The adhesive film is flexible, has good adhesion to the laminated surface and the glazing surface, and has high bonding strength.
 
 4. Good resistance to cold and heat. The bonded products are baked at 60°C for 72 hours or frozen at 10°C (refrigerator freezing chamber) for 72 hours. The bonding strength remains basically unchanged, the product does not degummed, and the film does not spread. brittle.
 
 5. The adhesive film has flexibility and long-term pressure sensitivity, and its bonding strength retention is good.
 
 Usage and precautions:
 
 ①When using hand glue, depending on the model of the sealing glue, generally leave it in the air for 2-6 minutes after the glue is applied. After the glue film is translucent, glue it to prevent the glue from overflowing.
 
 ②The glue has a certain degree of moisture resistance, so when there is glue, you can use cotton yarn to dipped in gasoline or ethyl ester solvent and wipe it lightly.
 
 ③According to its quick-drying property, it is not advisable to brush repeatedly, so as not to affect the brushability.
 
 ④The amount of glue applied should be moderate, and the glue should be applied by hand brushing. Usually the amount of glue should be controlled at about 100g/m3, or depending on the specific product adhesion strength requirements. The specific amount of glue can be based on the paper's moisture absorption rate and temperature. High and low decision. Paper with slow water absorption should be coated with less glue. When the temperature is low, the glue should be coated with less. Conversely, the glue should be coated with more. And after bonding, depending on the stiffness of the product to be adhered, there must be enough pressure to ensure that the two adhered surfaces are in full contact and pressed for at least 0.5 hours before entering the next process.
 
 ⑤When using machine glue, the amount of glue should be controlled at the discharge port and the workpiece should not be degummed. If the amount of glue is too large, the glue will overflow. If the amount of glue is too small, the bonding strength will be affected. If the base material is too thin, the amount of glue can be adjusted appropriately to avoid degumming at the discharge end.
